About the Space

This modern, yet cozy loft can be transformed to accommodate your next meeting retreat. The unique architecture, open floor plan and natural light make it ideal for live performances, photo shoots, pop ups, dinners and more. The space features a full kitchen, 20 ft ceilings, skylight, 16 ft wall of windows (upstairs), stone floors, small outdoor space and amazing original art. Depending on the furniture arrangement, the space can fit up to 60 guests. Its is conveniently located between Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations and has close on street parking.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Jamon's event space was amazing, he was very easy to work with and responded to our messages quickly during our event. The space was perfect, it was clean and ready for us to use when we got there and the sound system was amazing! Jamon was very communicative about what he could provide for the space prior to the event, even did a virtual walk through with us. Definitely looking to reuse the space for another event in the future!

Yes, I would book again.

Loved it! The space looked exactly how we expected. We used it to film scenes for a music video. The host Jamon was helpful and responsive. I look forward to booking again.

Jamon was an AMAZING host. He provided very clear instructions about everything we needed to know for our time there. The location was literally perfect for what we needed to do. I highly recommend this host and location if you are in the DC area.

Jamon was incredibly helpful and provided me with information about the loft prior to booking! The pictures of the space does not justify how beautiful it is in person. Thank you again for letting me use your space for my photoshoot. I will definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone!
