Please inquire for pricing and details for bookings ending past 5pm.*** This unique event space provides a formal setting for up to 40 guests and contains artifacts on display from our museum’s collection. With full A/V capabilities, this space is ideal for small corporate meetings, lecture, or presentations. Six-foot tables and up to 40 chairs are included in your rental and can be configured to suit your needs.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

I booked the Guild room for a half-day workshop on a Saturday. Working with Jessica was fantastic - she was very accommodating and set up on the day of arrival was the smoothest its ever been for an event in my experience! The breakfast spread was delicious and was set up on time without any problems. Overall the room was excellent - it was warm, had all required A/V hook ups, controllable lighting and window shades to create the perfect experience for our workshop attendees. I would definitely recommend this space to colleagues and will be using this space again in the future. Thank you!
