Zero stars. My wife and I booked The Patio for our Wedding Ceremony, we planned to have 120 people in the back garden. After serval meetings with the event team (Joseph and Ruben) to confirm details we were promised that the space would be ready with chairs set up by 3:30pm. We arrived at 3:15pm to find a full restaurant serving brunch with a large birthday party of 15+ people happening, they had just been seated. The Manager of the restaurant was completely unaware that we had bought out the space. Joseph, Rueben, and the owner, who had been our point of contacts, had failed to tell the Manager that there was going to be a wedding ceremony and that the space had been bought out. We had been promised that they were going to stop seating at 2:00pm, and that the chairs would be set up. Myself (the Groom) and my groomsmen were frantically moving tables and chairs, and asking the other patrons to leave while our guests were arriving. The manager & Joseph were of zero help in resolving the situation. Not only was this a horrible experience for us, but also for the other patrons who had planned their birthday party and were then getting kicked out. The Patio also goes by the restaurant name I Tre Merli. Look them up on Yelp and you’ll see horrible reviews. I cannot express what a terrible experience this was. It was disrespectful to us and their other customers. We will be calling Peerspace so that this can hopefully not happen to anyone else. They should be ashamed.
