All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This modern, yet cozy loft can be transformed to accommodate any type of event. The unique architecture, open floor plan and natural light make it ideal for live performances, photo shoots, pop ups, dinners and more. The space features a full kitchen, 20 ft ceilings, skylight, 16 ft wall of windows (upstairs), stone floors, small outdoor space and amazing original art. Depending on the furniture arrangement, the space can fit up to 60 guests. Its is conveniently located between Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations and has close on street parking.

Parking description
Residential neighborhood, but generally easy to find parking within 2 blocks. Space is on one way street which limits traffic. Usually easy to find parking in front of building.
General Rules
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
No smoking of cigarettes and no pets.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
Hourly rate from 12-3am is $150/hr.
We typically like to have the host of the event meet with us to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
A staff member will be present at all times during rentals and will conduct a preliminary walk through and post event walk through
All guests are required to sign our agreement prior to the event.
Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The space has (2) security cameras. One is in the kitchen, facing the front door. The other is in the main area on the first level, in the corner near the back door. The cameras will not be on during event unless an emergency is communicated to me or after the guests booking is scheduled to end.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

This space is absolutely beautiful. I hosted a 25 person dinner party with a private chef and it was perfect. The living room space can easily hold 3 6x30 tables with more than enough space for guests to walk around. Definitely recommend.
