Our space is a cowork and private event space that is committed to helping community members grow together. Our space can be used for meetings, co-working events, baby showers, meetings, photoshoots, and many more. Located in a suburb of Washington D.C., we are only a few miles from the district and minutes away from Hyattsville's Arts District. We can comfortably fit 50 (standing/cocktail), 40 (seated @ tables) and 50 (conference style) attendees in the space. Use of our backyard comes with the space when rented for events and shoots. Use of the front patio must be approved by management in advance. Our amenities include and are not limited to: High speed Wi-Fi HDMI capability Full kitchen area Caterers quarters Private backyard SmartTV 1.5 bathrooms Mandatory cleaning fee
All event related work has to be done during the timeframe that you book. We do not add on additional time to set up and break down. We charge a $75 storage fee per day to hold items before and after your event. There is also a $50 per hour fee for loading in and loading out during times other than the specified time block. Stove and oven use is prohibited, unless prior arrangements are made with management. ALL FURNITURE & DECOR MUST BE PUT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION BY THE END OF YOUR RESERVATION. We don't offer equipment or decor for shoots and events. Clients should bring in everything they need. Use of our backyard comes with the space when rented for events and shoots. Use of the front patio must be approved by management in advance. There are 3 steps in the front to the main door and 1 step in the back to get to the back door - please be careful. The space comes with a JBL speaker that can be heard throughout the venue. Create a playlist, link your Bluetooth and enjoy your event!

This is a great location. Professional and well kept. The host is a delight to work with. the appointments are top notch. This was a great location for my photoshoot. The models loved it and so did the MUA. There is plenty of room for the MUA to layout her make up and tools. The bay windows make for a great background. From a photo shoot stand point the only thing missing is background paper or at least a background paper stand/poles.
