iQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building. The space comprises two rooms, Edison and Tesla, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups (see additional listings). The Tesla Room can host groups up to 46 and can accommodate 6' social distancing for groups up to 12. || Technology || The Tesla Room has 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. For your reference, Bruegger’s Bagels is on-site for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options (6am-3pm M-F, 6am-2:30pm Sat/Sun). || COVID-19 Policies || Face coverings are recommended for all as a courtesy to others in common areas of the building. Please remember to wash hands frequently, avoid close contact with others, and stay home if you feel sick or have a fever. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating that kills pathogens and prevents them from living on treated surfaces (as well as the lobby, restrooms, and elevator cabs and call buttons). Our janitorial team cleans and disinfects the space before and after each reservation with products that meet the CDC’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

This is the 2nd time i’ve used the facility. Everything was great, host is responsive. Meeting room is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom is clean and smells great The only concern is that someone from my team has to stay by the front door and parking doo to let my guests in, building security won’t even come to the door to ask if they are going to the event. Automatically they just say that they are closed.

very disappointing on how they dont disclosed parking fees ... I booked the room for 4 hrs for over $450.00 but I hade to paid in additional $350.00 in parking fees 10 parking tickets $35.00/each ... really? we will never use this facility again.
