iQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building. The space comprises two rooms, Edison and Tesla, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups (see additional listings). The Tesla Room can host groups up to 46 and can accommodate 6' social distancing for groups up to 12. || Technology || The Tesla Room has 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a mobile whiteboard, Polycom, and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily cast your content from your device to the monitors through Bluetooth and connect to the audio soundbar with a USB cable. Please be sure to place all trash in the bins before leaving and notify management of any spills. If you are bringing a caterer on-site to perform work within the iQ Smart Center, they will need to provide a compliant Certificate of Insurance. For your reference, Bruegger’s Bagels is on-site for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options (6am-3pm M-F, 6am-2:30pm Sat/Sun). || Break Areas || You and your guests are welcome to use Deck655, our 6th floor gaming lounge and deck area that is also utilized by tenants of the building. You may use this space for breaks and phone calls during your reservation, provided the space is not reserved for a private event. Please note that we do not allow groups over 15, and catering setups are not allowed outside of the conference room. || COVID-19 Policies || Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals and recommended for all as a courtesy to others in common areas of the building. Please remember to wash hands frequently, avoid close contact with others, and stay home if you feel sick or have a fever. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating that kills pathogens and prevents them from living on treated surfaces (as well as the lobby, restrooms, and elevator cabs and call buttons). Our janitorial team cleans and disinfects the space before and after each reservation with products that meet the CDC’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

My team is a fully distributed team and we booked this facility for the week. It was centrally located to everything, easy to sign in and start using the room. They also allowed catering for lunch. Looking forward to using it again. The process was very easy to book also. I would have given it 5 stars, would have liked access before 8am and past 6pm. Thank you!

Rachel was amazing. She was very responsive in getting our group set up and had everything ready to go the day of. The signage was correct and easy to see and she made sure the room was set correctly. The space is as advertised and very clean and spacious.
