Ideal for groups of 16-20. 8 Two-Seater Desk &16 Folding Chairs. 60-inch T.V. w/ HDMI Soundbar 2 Glassboards Light Dimming System Also within the event space: 2 Pub Tables & 4 Stools 2 Couches 1 Long Table *All of these items will remain in the event space. Available upon request + 20 additional folding chairs **Ensure to book enough time for your: Set-UP, Event, and Break-Down** You will be charged if you arrive early or leave past your booked time. Please note that this listing is in the common space of our coworking space. This means that it could be some foot traffic from our members and staff during your event so they can access their private offices or the conference rooms. If you need a private space, we also have a workshop room and a conference room that are fully private and available on Peerspace. (max 20 people) Parking: Free Street parking **RIDESHARE IS ENCOURAGED** Street parking is limited. You are welcome to take a tour before booking. Microwave Refrigerator space upon request No full kitchen ***Events with a DJ must be approved before booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Everything was on point. We even got to start set up early. Only thing that was a problem was the business owners entered and exited their respective offices in a loud manner during our event / lecture. Overall it was a great experience
