Located midway up the Hollywood Hills over looking all of Los Angeles, this beautiful, private, unique one story property has an open floor plan and lush gardens that is very event friendly It's layout and location are perfect for: indoor/outdoor parties, day or night events social gatherings, product launches, meetings, birthdays, baby showers, wedding parties, engagement parties, anniversary parties, bar and bat mitzvahs graduation parties quinceañeras, dinners, food and wine tastings, cooking classes, workshops, training sessions, launch parties, cocktail parties, networking events, sponsored events, political events, charity events, Hollywood style gifting suites Casino nights fashion events, magic shows, holiday parties, Christmas parties office parties and other such events. Large rooms with high ceilings, hardwood floors and recessed lighting allow you to easily customize the house for your particular needs. Or use as is, with it's warm mid-century flair. It also has a spacious living room and dining room, recently renovated kitchen and multiple usable outdoor areas makes it feel larger than its 2,700 square feet of space. Outdoors, it has a heated pool, fountain, gardens, beautiful landscaping, a golf putting green and more. Easy access and ample parking. SHORT NOTICE OK. Insurance required? Both master bedroom and back office are closed off for most events but the exterior is truly great! (pool, golf, view, gardens, etc.) What are the power capabilities like in the space? Normal residential. If addition power needed, a generator is recommended. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Yes. First 15 minute walk thru is free. Any additional visits bill at standard rates. What are the parking and load-in / load-out options on site? Plenty of street parking or shuttle from Pacific Design Center if necessary. This space has been used for parties, meetings, TV, film, photoshoots, advertising, etc. NO "PROMOTER PARTIES." (Meaning no PAID or CASH BAR parties!) Base rate is: $195/hour. 1 - 24 people - no additional charge. 25 to 50 people - $100/hour upcharge. 50 people maximum limit. Weekend surcharges may apply as well. 50% upcharge for holidays. Pool use fee: $100 No smoking inside. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The Devlin House was a great place for our corporate event! Tim was a wonderful host - there to be helpful when we needed him, but then hung back the rest of the time allowing us to have our laid-back event in peace. The home itself is beautiful, and while there are certain limitations on noise (because of a city ordinance) and parking is a bit of an issue (there's room for multiple cars, but you have to be mindful that some will be blocking others in), the home is comfortable and a wonderful spot to unwind and have fun!

Tim was a phenomenal host, gracious and willing to help, within the boundaries of good business, to make an event as good as it can be. A man who appreciates respect and honesty, Tim returns it in full, responding to messages quickly in a professional yet relaxed and familiar manner, treating college social chairs the same as he would a professional event planner. As far as the property goes, it's wonderfully furnished and flexible enough to accommodate a wide breadth of events, the pool deck is beautiful, and the grove and putting green area offer an aesthetically pleasing diversity of settings. All in all, a wonderful experience; one which the UCLA Rowing team plans to repeat.

Tim’s space was absolutely beautiful and our guests kept asking how we found our location. He was present when needed and very helpful. I still can’t get over the fact. That he gets to wake up to that incredible view everyday! The only downside was the inability to play our own music on the sound system. Would definitely book again.
