All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
"Above Sunset Plaza" has incredible views from Downtown Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Century City and the ocean. With a gorgeous huge crystal blue pool and Jacuzzi it also has a circular fire pit villa style setting. The pool area has room for approximately 200 people plus. With Exterior dining with multiple seating areas there's a variety of settings to film from. The interior warm modern setting with gorgeous lighting throughout. Light hardwood floors, sexy interior exceptional areas in every section of the home. There's also a swanky separate guest unit , that can be rented together or separately, with an additional 1,000 sf modern and warm setting views from inside and out.

There's plenty of street parking on Miller Drive permits will be supplied and need to be placed on the rear view mirror of your vehicle past 8pm.
General Rules
No smoking on the inside of the home, outside is fine as long as butts are completely put out and placed in trash can. not suitable for small children. Pets are fine as long as they're cleaned up after and properly trained. Food and alcohol is fine as long as there's supervision and clean up after.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Experience here was 💯 worth every penny . The instructions to access the property were very clear and most importantly the hosts where very friendly ,respectful and straight forward To the point with what they expect . Property is as seen in the pictures , very beautiful view of LA especially at night beautiful.. with the swimming pool area Don’t Even get me started , loved it .. overall if you don’t make a mess , follow simple instructions and stay in your own space ,you will have an amazing time ,the neighbors are funny so as-long as you in doors not making too much noise and shooting ur scenes you will be good ... totally worth it
