It is a perfect location for trade shows, exhibits, conferences, product launches, and receptions. There is a 3,800 max capacity and features views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Most events average about $12,000 - $15,000 in additional expenses. Please discuss these details with the host. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The venue does come completely empty so you will need to contract separately for all tables, chairs, a/v, etc. Furnishings, equipment, decor, catering, etc. are the responsibility and an additional cost to the guest. EXCLUSIVE VENDORS Internet bandwidth and networking: exclusive through Brown Pelican. Electrical: Edlen Electric is our exclusive vendor who has authorized access to our electrical panels. You will need to work with Edlen to coordinate your electrical needs. (contact info in rules section) EXPECTATIONS WITH GUEST 1. All ticketed events are required to use the FMC box office. 2. Permits: alcohol, assembly, and health permits are required through the National Park Service and are due 6 weeks before event 3. Production Timeline: due 6 weeks before event 4. Rigging diagram due 2 weeks before event. 5. Some events may require use of SFPD and US Park Police. Security plan for each event must be approved.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
