Available 7-days a week | 7AM - 12AM (Midnight) Load in/out days are discounted to $850/hour. 15% discount on venue rental if you book for 3+ days (any combination of load in, event day, and load out is ok) 50,000 ft² raw event space located on the northern waterfront of San Francisco. It is a perfect location for trade shows, exhibits, conferences, product launches, and receptions. There is a 3,800 max capacity and features views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Most events average about $12,000 - $15,000 in additional expenses. Please discuss these details with the host. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The venue does come completely empty so you will need to contract separately for all tables, chairs, a/v, etc. Furnishings, equipment, decor, catering, etc. are the responsibility and an additional cost to the guest. EXCLUSIVE VENDORS Internet bandwidth and networking: exclusive through Brown Pelican. Electrical: Edlen Electric is our exclusive vendor who has authorized access to our electrical panels. You will need to work with Edlen to coordinate your electrical needs. (contact info in rules section) EXPECTATIONS WITH GUEST 1. All ticketed events are required to use the FMC box office. 2. Permits: alcohol, assembly, and health permits are required through the National Park Service and are due 6 weeks before event 3. Production Timeline: due 6 weeks before event 4. Rigging diagram due 2 weeks before event. 5. Some events may require use of SFPD and US Park Police. Security plan for each event must be approved.

Security plan for each event must be approved. ACCESS TO THE VENUE: Access available from 7am - 12am. Access outside of these hours can be arranged for in advance. CAPACITY: Max capacity of 3,800 people. Ultimate capacity is dictated by your floor plan and what is approved by the fire marshal. CATERING: You can work with any caterer of your choice. EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED: $2,000,000 general aggregate & per occurrence with us listed as additional insured. $1,000,000 liquor liability coverage is also required. We will also require insurance from each vendor working in the venue (if not already on file) with us listed as additional insured. *ADDITIONAL FEES: Waste management fees/trash removal, utility consumption, and permits are billed in addition to the venue rental rates.
