This space is perfect for your next event, meeting, launch party, off-sites, presentations, workshops, dinner party, photo shoot, or more! -Under no circumstances whatsoever may event guests relocate from the designated reserved area into private work spaces. -Outside food and drinks are allowed for events. Set up, clean up, tear down of food service items must be coordinated by the renter. -All recycling and trash removal must be done by the renter. -Banquet permit is required if serving alcohol. -Renters will be responsible for restoring the space to the state it was upon arrival.
