Our on-site manager will coordinate with you to ensure all needs are met for a successful proudction booking. Here are some general policies to keep in mind: * All rentals include load-in and strike time. If your booking runs over time, you will be charged time and a half per Peerspace policy. *A security deposit and/or additional filming insurance may be requested depending on size & scope of your project. * Children must be accompanied by an adult in at least a 1 adult to 8 children ratio. * No loud music after 10:30pm * This is a smoking & drug-free zone. No smoking will be permitted on the premises. * Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original setting prior to end of booking. Please inquire for permission first. * Trash should be placed in the bins & the host will take care of the rest.
Our contact here, Nina, was extremely prompt and very helpful. She catered the rental specifically to our shoot's needs and worked hard throughout the day to make sure we were satisfied.

This space worked fine for our 2 person meeting. Nina was very responsive throughout the booking process, and accommodated my group when they had to add on another hour.
