Our on-site manager will coordinate with you to ensure all needs are met for a successful off-site booking. Here are some general policies to keep in mind: * All rentals include set-up and load-out time. If your booking runs over time, you will be charged time and a half per Peerspace policy. * Children must be accompanied by an adult in at least a 1 adult to 8 children ratio. * No loud music after 10:30pm * This is a smoking & drug-free zone. No smoking will be permitted on the premises. * Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original setting prior to end of booking. Please inquire for permission first. * Trash should be placed in the bins & the host will take care of the rest.
Space was exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs (presentation). Nina was an incredibly helpful host and she kept in constant contact to make sure we were taken care of. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again!
This was a perfect space for our small, but active group. We had folks break out into smaller groups with large flip charts and were able to do so freely. Great host, great space.
