About the Space
Photo shoots: We have a beautiful 1940's brick wall with new overhead lighting that creates the perfect backdrop for photos. The steel rig in front of the brick wall gives the option for fitness photos. Location: Our space is located just off I-84 and I-205. We are on Stark, the main street through Montavilla. Our parking lot is located directly behind the building on Washington. Fitness Classes: Large mirrors offer a space for yoga, pilates or other fitness classes. Guest Capacity: This space fits 50 people comfortably standing.
General Rules
-Smoking is not allowed in our space.
-Alcohol needs to be approved as it must be added to our insurance for the duration of your event.
-Barbells, weights, kettlebells, dumbbells and other fitness equipment need approval for use.
-Place all trash in trash cans.
-We have neighbors so please be considerate with loud music or noise

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
