DTLA FASHION DISTRICT ultra bright off-site location! 1700 sq ft studio with an overabundance of sunshine and spectacular DTLA skyline views. Very cool breeze with the windows open. Two passenger elevators, two restrooms, one freight elevator, very clean building. Bountiful parking nearby ranges from $5-15 per cash. Max capacity 100 standing or about 50-60 seated depending on setup. NO LOUD EVENTS. EVENTS $125/hr (up to 75 guests/staff) ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: -Cleaning fee starting at $100 -Additional insurance via our EventHelper link -Security/Damage deposit for $1000 or 50% of the booking total, whichever is greater, no exceptions Booking minimum of 5 hours. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-10pm, Sundays 10am-10pm. Mandatory cleaning fee $200. Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. Please see below for rules.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
