Welcome to Skyline Suite. Million Dollar View of Downtown Los Angeles - A multipurpose natural light studio that offers breathtaking views of DTLA. STUDIO SPECS This studio is a 1,700 sq. ft. space, with west-facing windows. White walls, concrete floors, and 13 feet high ceilings. The space has a little entry room used as green room, and the entire studio space is private for clients to use. AMENITIES Everything is included for no additional charge out of courtesy. Clients are welcome to use everything in the studio, move it, and style it as necessary. We just ask that everything from the studio be put back to place in return at the end of the booking. Please feel free to bring any other additional props you would like to make your perfect shots. ACCESS This building has a main entry on the street with two passenger elevators and also a freight elevator on the side via the alleyway. The studio is accessed with a 4-digit code that will be provided upon booking the space. The code will only work from the start time of the booking until the end time of the booked time. LOCATION Located in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles, this building is on Maple and 12th street. This is a safe area to walk that is full of businesses and people walking during the day. It’s a block away from Santee Alley which is a bustling shopping area to get amazing bargains. FREIGHT ELEVATOR The freight elevator operates Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm as it is operated by personnel. Additional hours may be arranged but it’s expensive at $75 per hour, for consecutive hours either from the start time of personnel to earlier hours (i.e. 7am-8am), or last hour of personnel until end of booking with load out time (i.e. 5pm-11:30pm). Productions are welcome to load in and load out via the passenger elevator outside freight hours as long as it is only a little bit of equipment and a little bit a time to avoid damaging the passenger elevators. LOAD IN-LOAD OUT Feel free to come in 15 minutes earlier to load in to the building so you can access the studio on time. Please note that if you are coming at the first hour of the day or staying until the last hour of the night, we can’t extend this courtesy as the building is not open yet, or personnel needs to stay at the end until everyone leaves the building to lock it down. SET UP-CLEAN UP Please remember that this time needs to be accounted within your booking time. Thereafter we will go ahead and send you a little more specific instructions on how to access the building and how to get around in the studio.
