My loft space is a haven for photographers, yogis, creatives, and people who love travel. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you can find original world maps from what used to be a factory that produced them. When you walk into our space, you enter right into the kitchen area—help yourself to a drink! We always have fresh water and can fix you coffee or tea. Moving into the living room space we have furniture you can use and move around. Around our place we have plants and two other other bedrooms. Our master bedroom is available for photos with our sheer white curtains and blank canvas wall. You can use the exposed brick throughout the loft as a backdrop as well. Our space is easy to get to and easy to park around for free. Use it to paint on our easel, whip up a good meal, take photos, throw or a party or you can even use it as a yoga studio. We are accommodating and would be happy to help you. Depending on the activity you can comfortably fit up to 15 guests in our space (20 max). For yoga classes, I would say 10 people max comfortably.
No smoking and outside alcohol are allowed in our space. Guests can move pieces of furniture around and we can work together to put everything back as it was found.
My crew of three and I had a fantastic experience in this space. First of all it's gorgeous at every angle. Secondly, our host, Lindsay, was a great help and support and very attentive to our needs, and always such a quick responder. We filmed interviews, and they looked beautiful. The room elevates production value. We occasionally had to pause for an airplane or train, but other than that, it's a quiet space. It's located in a very good and clean neighborhood. Overall our whole production there went so smoothly and fun. I would highly recommend it! Thank you, Lindsay!
