About the Space
Kitchen + retail/open area with wall of south facing windows looking out on tree-lined sidewalk. Huge skylight over kitchen islands provides amazing light for cooking or product photography. 1000 square foot studio can be arranged to suit many uses. Perfect for photo/video shots, private classes, events up to 30 people (18 seated, 25 - 30 standing). Located on busy retail corner in mostly residential neighborhood. Close to many amazing restaurants on Division Street. Easy drive, bike or bus to downtown (less than 3 miles from center of downtown).

This was a great space that I will definitely be utilizing again! Meredith was sweet and very communicative-- there when we needed but also let us do our thing. The skylight was AMAZING and the space all around was very bright and welcoming.

The space worked really well for my production team, which conducted a satellite media tour from the location. Meredith was a fantastic host. Would definitely book again if needed.

LOVED this space. It was perfect for our small food and beverage photoshoot. We comfortably fit 4 people in here and a ton of gear and supplies. Also, this space has everything we needed for the food and beverage photos we were taking. The natural lighting was heavenly even on a rainy afternoon. Meredith was also great to work with. Easy to communicate with and she was extra helpful when I had some questions before booking.
