3500 square foot colorful character Spanish home with 1000 sq ft guest house overlooking Glendale and Los Angeles with stone patio, pool, fireplace. Great for photo or film shoots. Pool in the back. House is very colorful and has essences of Mexican villa with huge palm trees and hedge that keeps it private. Home could be used for parties but depends on the group really. We are open to this but not sure at this time.
No smoking or drugs of any kind. Depends what the Event is really need to discuss. No adult films,etc. We have children and only interested in family appropriate type of projects.
