Sound system, blackout curtains, vanity/makeup room with professional lighting. Restroom. MAIN ROOM: The main room—4000 square feet of open space with optional furniture/props. Three bathrooms, one kitchen, van load-in area. A metallic roof beautifully reflects light. Character and artistry at every turn. LOT: 2000 square feet of outdoor space, outdoor lighting and seating areas. Perfect for outdoor events and showcases. The space accommodates private parties, exhibitions, a variety of live performance events, and photo and music video shoots (with stock seamless and lighting provided, details upon request). Thereafter: - $1500 for side room & lot event - $2000 for main room & lot event - $2500 for all three spaces // - $2500 for side room & lot after-hours (post-2am) - $3250 for side room & lot day party (8hr) - $3500 for full space after-hours SHOOTS MAIN ROOM, SIDE ROOM, & LOT: $1500 / day (12hr) $800 / half day (6hr) SIDE ROOM & LOT: $750 / day (12hr) $400 / half day (6hr) VOCAL INFRASTRUCTURAL GUIDELINES Vocal is wired for 480v three phase. All four columns, the outlet by the side room door, and the outlet on the column between the loading dock and the stairs are on the same breaker. The 120v outlets on the ceiling are hot and are wired to their own breaker. There is access to 230v but we would need to make sure outlet patterns are compatible. The main floor includes a breakout box dedicated to production lights. Most of the rest of the outlets are 15 amperage, along with a handful of 20 amperage. For Main Space shoots: duveteen and sandbags will need to be provided by the production crew to cover skylights in the Main Space. Duveteen needs to be 12’ x 4’ and each covering will need four sandbags to hold down. There are four primary skylights over the shooting space and two more over the workshop that can also be covered at the producer’s discretion. There is additionally a window above the loading dock which has been blocked via two methods: hanging supported duveteen from the roof and screening duveteen on a very tall stand (provided by production) within the loading dock.
Pets must be cleared with us beforehand. Noise restrictions after midnight (Sunday-Thursday) and after 2am (Friday-Saturday).
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My group and I held a holiday party at this art warehouse venue in Central LA and we couldn't have made a better decision. Not only was the venue everything we wanted, but our host, Mac, was incredible. The venue was spacious, with both indoor and outdoor areas for entertaining, conveniently located and accommodated our every need. There was ample street parking (don't let the weekday busy-ness scare you, since the weekend parking situation is different from the weekday). The facility had good lighting, clean bathrooms, some furniture and stages for us to use, and we were able to use the audio equipment and projector, which was so convenient. Mac, our host, was the most helpful and accommodating host we've ever worked with. He stayed for the entire event, including set up and clean up, and he was available for any of our questions and requests. He helped us throughout the entire process, from choosing the venue to sending our last guests on their way, and he never hesitated to help. His security, Theo, was also a pleasure, as he made sure our guests made their ways to their rides and cars. We will definitely book our next event with Mac again, as he was a dream to work with. And since his venue can accommodate an even bigger event than our 100 guest event, we will gladly rent his venue again for our bigger and better parties to come.
