About the Space
We are a working fashion studio in the heart of West Town, Chicago. Our space is ideal for creative portrait sessions, photoshoots, and film shoots. Keep in mind, we do not have access to an industrial sink, so we cannot accommodate messy art projects (dyes, paint, etc), cooking, or dying classes. AVAILABILITY Varies greatly week to week. Send us a message to inquire. SPACE FEATURES 600 square feet of flexible workspace Capacity: 12 comfortably seated, 30 standing Two large cutting tables Two small movable tables Two desks 3 dress forms 4 sewing machines (can be used with approval and extra charge) Mirrors throughout Private changing room Free parking in front and on the street (very easy on nights/weekends) ADDITIONAL SERVICES We teach all kinds of workshops in this space. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful sun soaked space was exactly what I was looking for. I was not expecting such a large space with giant windows, we fell in love instantly. Anna was incredibly sweet and helpful when it came to the space and moving around furniture. The space has a lot of character and details, perfect for photographs. Looking forward to booking again!

I’m so glad I found this space! It was perfect for our fashion shoot. There’s so many different parts of the space to utilize and tons of room for our set. Both Anna and Lauren were so helpful and accommodating. I was able to move around different furniture in order to fit my needs. Free parking and easy to find. I will definitely be renting from Anna again!

I used this space for a fashion lifestyle shoot. A lot of tasks, people, and equipment were involved in this shoot. Anna was super helpful in making the logistics a breeze. She met me at the loading dock, brought down a cart, and even helped me bring up half of my gear! She was also available throughout the shoot to answer any questions we had, things we needed to move, and props we wanted to use from her fashion studio. Overall, it was great experience. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to utilize a unique, urban, lofted, naturally lit, industrial space.
