This luxurious beach front home is located behind a private gate on Beach Drive in Aptos, CA. Perfect for management off-sites, team-building events, celebrations, beach games, photo shoots, or an ocean lover's dream retreat. The Details Upstairs: This two story house is literally on the sand with breathtaking views of the ocean. The upper level is a reverse floor plan with Kitchen and Living Room opening out to a large deck with outdoor lounge seating, Jacuzzi hot tub, and natural gas BBQ. The most polished of the spaces, this area is perfect for meetings, planning sessions, celebrations, and dinners. Downstairs: The lower level is game room central with pool table, foosball table, turntable, 75" UHD 4K TV, XBOX One, Apple TV 4K, and Sonos. An expansive outdoor wood deck leads directly to the beach. The Sand: Located on a private beach the sand experience is unparalleled. Beach sports reign with volleyball, water sports, bodyboarding, surfing, Spikeball, cornhole and more await our guests. Cap off the evening with a bonfire and s'mores. Yes, I would book again.

This may be the best beachfront home on the Monterey Bay, with views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. The home is right on the sand and has two levels, each of which has meeting space indoors and out. The AV setup worked perfectly, and we even got in a few games of pool. Peg was a fabulous host. Thank you very much, we will be back!
