All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Unique indoor/outdoor event space that reflects the true spirit of the city. The iconic Quonset hut warehouse, with grand vaulted ceilings and exposed steel armature, and the spacious adjoining lawn are a perfect blank canvas for your photo or film shoot. The space can seamlessly transition from one frame to the next offering endless options, variety, and flexibility. Fair Market has 6-8 private vendor spaces for production use. There is ample metered street parking in the neighborhood, including right in front of Fair Market, and several paid open lot and garage parking options within 1 block.

Lighting description
Fair Market has (4) roll-up garage doors which can be opened to provide natural light in the space - including one which offers access to our loading ramp. We have a limited amount of window coverings and would suggest bringing blackout curtains, additional coverings, etc if you're looking for total darkness.
Fair Market has several rows of overhead in-house lighting as well as (4) strands of festoon lights installed. All rows have dimming capabilities.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Fair Market is a metal warehouse and is not fully soundproofed. We suggest viewing the space in-person beforehand, if the project or equipment being used is sensitive to ambient noise.

Equipment loading description
Fair Market has ramp access at (3) entry points and stair access at (1) entry point. We have loading ramp access allowing vehicles and equipment to be driven/loaded directly into the building.

Electrical system description
Fair Market offers 200amps of in-house power with numerous outlets located throughout the space. Fair Market Management will access the circuit breakers, if needed, during a booking. We're happy to answer any additional, specific questions regarding power prior to booking or arrival.

General Rules
- We only accept bookings for Film/Photo Shoot Projects via Peerspace.
- No smoking inside the warehouse.
- All furniture must be set up and struck/stored by Guests.
- Trash should be placed in bins and the Host will take care of the rest.
- Guests must provide Certificate of Insurance with Host added as Additional Insured and Certificate Holder, and is responsible for providing valid permits for all vendors.
- All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.
- Please inquire for a full list of policies and guidelines.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Please inquire for specifics, but generally all furniture can be moved or removed/stored according to a client's needs.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
