About Fair Market
Unique indoor/outdoor event space that reflects the true spirit of the city. The iconic Quonset hut warehouse (12,000sf), with grand vaulted ceilings and exposed steel armature, and the spacious adjoining lawn (10,000sf) are a perfect blank canvas for your photo or film shoot. We had an incredible experience at the Fair Market. JD was attentive and helpful with opening up all the garage doors, turning lights on/off, helping our team move tables/chairs/etc. We couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience!

This place is great! Huge space with lots of room for large events / film shoots / photo shoots. Nice clean bathrooms with plenty of space for a large crew. The green room was great, and the parking situation was relatively easy. Laurel was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely rent Fair Market again in the future.

Brilliant space! We filmed an interview set up here and loved all of the looks we were able to get. Sound can be an issue for capturing audio, but everything else was great. Easy to get in and out & staff was super helpful.
