This high-end beach front home is located on a private beach in Aptos, CA. Perfect for strategy planning sessions, management off-sites, team-building, parties, beach games, photo shoots and much more. This two story house offers breath taking views of the ocean and is literally on the sand. The upper story offers a reverse floor plan with Kitchen and Family Room opening out to a large deck with outdoor seating and hot tub. The first floor is game room central with pool table, foosball table and expansive outdoor deck leading directly to the sand. Sand games, water sports, boogie boarding, spike ball, corn hole, volleyball await our guests.

This may be the best beachfront home on the Monterey Bay, with views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. The home is right on the sand and has two levels, each of which has meeting space indoors and out. The AV setup worked perfectly, and we even got in a few games of pool. Peg was a fabulous host. Thank you very much, we will be back!
