Our space is a Loft in the sky. Located on the third floor of the historic Hang Ten surfwear sewing factory in downtown San Diego, our space’s 2184 sq ft of soaring ceilings and huge windows provide a “wow” experience as soon as you walk in the door. Vintage iron work and hand finished wood floors add to the comfortable and inspiring vibe. It's a great spot for PRODUCTION (Still + Video), OFFSITES or a sophisticated EVENT SPACE to watch dusk fall over the city from the treetops. LAYOUT: Main Floor: 1818 sq ft main floor, 38ft wide white cyclorama wall. Vintage wood floors. 21ft+ Ceilings. Loft: 330 sq ft VIP Lounge and Kitchen overlooking the main floor. All with city views. The space is on the 3rd floor, and we have 2 elevators (1 passenger, 1 huge vintage freight). I'll take you for a ride on the freight even if you don't need to use it. It's fun, lol. We also require "specific time" pickups and drop offs. (e.g. at the beginning of your rental, like 4:00pm, instead of a 4 hour window, like 12p-4p) And the tables, chairs need to be picked up before the end of your rental. It does costs $200 more to have the specific pickup and delivery time, but we do not have a space to store tables, chairs, etc. We often have multiple bookings in one day. This venue was awesome! I booked the studio in order to pull of a surprise proposal for my girlfriend that ended up being even better then planned. Working with Jeremy the owner to do a walk through prior to the date of the proposal was key to my confidence in solidifying a plan that could be pulled off precisely by the many parties I hired to work with me. The studio is beautiful and very unique and ultimately offers much more than just a place to take good pictures, you can really work with Jeremy to make this space work for many other cool events such as dinners, screenings, or parties. You won’t find a place cooler than this in San Diego for the same price, trust me I looked a lot!

Great space! Jeff was super kind and accommodating! All the set pieces were on wheels, which made it easy to move things around for our photoshoot. Jeff even lend us some of his grip and lighting gear so we didn't need to lug in our own! Very well maintained space. The upstairs loft area was a great place for our crew and models to take a break. Most importantly, the lighting is GORGEOUS - soft, even, and bright. Looked very nice in our photos.

I’m so glad I found and booked this space for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday party. It made the celebration so much more special. The space is so awesome, and beautiful. We had a hashtag for the birthday that was projected to the high white wall in the studio that looked so good in pictures. Everyone loved the place and was so impressed. Jeffrey was such an awesome host. He was such a great help and was so accommodating. I would definitely book this space again for another event!

Jeffrey was incredible to work with! His studio is incredible (it's even better than in the photos) and made for the perfect space for our rehearsal dinner. We live in Atlanta and Jeffrey was more than accommodating to help us bring our vision to life from across the country. He let us come by early to drop off party supplies, put all of the alcohol on ice several hours before the party started, and went above and beyond to ensure it was the rehearsal dinner of our dreams. Everyone had such a blast, we ended up extending our rental to keep the party going! We couldn't ask for a better Peerspace host, rehearsal dinner space, and overall experience with Jeffrey! Couldn't recommend more =)

We also hosted a boxing fight that was on the same night and it was one of the coolest things being able to watch the fight on the projector and everyone loved that. Jefferey was so great.
