Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Studio 710 was above and beyond any other experience we have had with other venues in San Diego. Spencer is very easy to work with and responsive to all of our needs. The space is unbelievably beautiful and functional - totally lived up to our expectations and even surpassed them. Our productions are fairly stressful because we try to fit in a lot of work into a small span of time, something Spencer and Jeffrey both enable and enhance. Really incredible space and people!

Nice, clean space with easy access. Spencer was really friendly and easy to communicate with in the run-up to our shoot. We filmed an interview here and there were some retakes required due to exterior noise, but it wasn't unmanageable.

We loved working at studio 710! The studio was very clean upon arrival, we were met promptly at our opening time and Spencer was super helpful and friendly. I love shooting there and my clients adored the space. I was worried about parking for my clients but everyone found parking nearby with no problems. Great experience!

I booked this space to host my birthday party and it was amazing!! Jeffrey was an awesome host. I had food catered from my favorite restaurant. Tables and seating were set up for my guests. He even had ice buckets to keep the libations nice and cold. You can choose to decorate the space with whatever you want, but I kept it simple with amazing people, yummy food + drinks, and music!! I had around 30 guests. After the party, everyone raved about how amazing the venue was. Thank you Jeffery for hosting and making my birthday unforgettable!!!

Jeffrey's space is absolutely stunning - I don't think there's any other place like it in San Diego. The light floods into the space in the morning thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. On top of that, the studio is pristine and Jeffrey makes the whole experience so easy. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides an all encompassing service - from a beautiful rental space to gear rentals.
