We start by providing a distinctive liquor, beer and wine menu and then allow you to mix and match the services you need. BEER & WINE $18/guest (Includes three PNW beers, two wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and water station service.) PREMIUM FULL BAR $26/guest (Includes three PNW beers, two wines, plus premium spirits and mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, and water station service. Ask for our complete list of spirits and mixers when contracting.) SPECIALTY COCKTAIL $4/guest for each cocktail option Add up to four cocktails (+4, $12/guest) to your beer and wine or premium spirits bar. Our hand crafted cocktails feature premium spirits, house infused simple syrups and quality garnishes. Ask for our current seasonal cocktail list. CLIENT PROVIDED BAR $5/guest Our client provided package allows clients to provide all desired beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages. Staffing and rentals will be coordinated through our events team, based on your provided beverage options. STAFFING Premium Full Bar: Requires (1) Bartender for every 50 guests Beer/Wine Bar: Requires (1) Bartender for every 75 guests $45/hour per Bartender (3-hrs min, plus duration of event) *Staffing is required for 2 hours prior to guest arrival for set-up and 1-hour post event for tear down. Includes gratuity, service fees and licensing. RENTALS Bar rentals are based on the package you choose, service timing and preferences on glassware. The rental pricing will be projected on a proposal based on discussion between host and guest. We recommend transitioning from glassware to disposables after dinner service to decrease the cost of rental services and ensure guest safety as they move to the dance floor. ——————— FOR PARTIES OVER 50 GUESTS CATERING Host partners with 6 preferred caterers available upon request, but is willing to work with outside catering companies for groups under 75 people. Outside catering is also allowed for snacks, and requires guests' own setup, teardown, and disposal of garbage. Host provides bar services. Guest is welcome to use own company with a 30% buyout fee of quoted outside bar service invoice. Host is willing to provide a $250 buyout for fundraisers donating food and beverage. CONVENIENCE There are several pay to park options located on the same block as the venue, there is also limited free street parking.
OUR RENTALS All Venue Rentals include 10 hours day-of venue access, inventory of banquet tables and chairs & accent furniture, on-site staff member at event, logistics & planning meeting, house sound system, secured wireless internet and computer assisted floor planning software. All Saturdays and Holidays are subject to minimum rental. Taxes are included. CATERING Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed for events of 74 people or less. Set up, clean up, tear down of food service items must be coordinated by the renter. Events over 75 people MUST contract a preferred caterer while occupying the space. ALCOHOL Alcoholic beverages must be contracted through host or renter must provide proof of an onsite banquet permit that has been approved in writing by staff. When ordered through the host, all Alcohol is guaranteed to remain fully stocked throughout the designated service times. Guests have full access to the bar unless our staff determines a guest is showing signs of intoxication, at which point we may refuse service in accordance with Washington State liquor laws. Client provided bar $5/guest Our client provided package allows clients to provide all desired beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages. Staffing and rentals will be coordinated through our events team, based on your provided beverage options. No kegs allowed. TRASH REMOVAL All recycling and trash removal must be done by the renter.
