Our space features 8,500 square feet of space that includes a ballroom dance floor with a built-in stage, reception and conference lounge, mezzanine, one main stage, a separate lobby for check-in, a bar, as well as a mezzanine, and a commercial kitchen. Your rental includes private use of the lounge, mezzanine, ballroom and main stage. The ballroom presents a wide open space that can be used for banquet and classroom setups, theater style seating or standing cocktail receptions. The Mezzanine space provides an alternative gathering space and can be used for mingling or additional theater style seating. There is also a parking lot adjacent to the building that can be utilized for an additional fee.
