This unique studio, salon lounge is a private space filled with an alluring vibe. A designed zone that exudes refreshing feelings with strength. Perfect intimate setting for filming, photo shoots, or even talent preparation space for near by, on location shoots. Includes an open space lounge & salon area with a bathroom. The back private room can be used as an area for video village or changing. Fully air conditioned & heating.
Smoking is allowed only outside in the front of studio. If any physical changes are made to the interior or exterior, it must be pre approved & returned back to its original framework.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

First I was grateful to have Renee as a wonderful host who is not only kind but is great at communicating and time is of her essence. The space looks exactly like it does in the photo. I feel so blessed to have been allowed to shoot my FIRST SHORT FILM in her space. The location was perfect and can't wait to share with her my film when it is complete. I highly recommend this location!!!
