All parking is on the street, which is usually pretty easy. There is a 4-hour maximum, so cars might be required to move during longer shoots.

Inside the entire space, there are four windows. Inside the photo/video studio, there are the two windows pictured. The large window is north-facing, while the smaller window is east-facing. Best light is in the morning into early afternoon. We have blackout curtains available as part of our grip package, which is available for rent ($50).

The studio is on the third floor of an industrial warehouse in a residential area. The street corner isn't very busy, but you can hear cars going by faintly. The AC units and heating unit do make noise, we recommend that they are used in between shooting scenes.

Stairs, Freight Elevator

There is a loading dock that is directly accessed by the freight elevator. The freight elevator goes to the hallway of the third floor, where our studio is located. There are stairs up to the first floor outside the building, and then a stairwell to access the third floor. Cars CAN NOT be parked in the parking lot. All spots are rented privately.

DUE TO COVID, renters are currently not allowed to use the lounge or kitchen area. We have a personal workspace and a storage area that is always off limits to renters.

There are outlets accessible throughout the space. (2x30A circuits.) The circuit breaker is in the lounge area.

No Smoking. No drug use. No Nudity. ALL areas behind curtains are off limits. PLEASE READ: COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our rules and regulations to allow for bookings to resume. Please review all changes and make us aware of any questions or concerns you have before your booking. If these rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded. CLEANING The studio will be cleaned and sanitized before and after your rental. Cleaning supplies are also in short supply and often sold at a premium. These are the reasons we have increased our cleaning fee. NUMBER OF RENTERS The maximum number of renters allowed will be ten (10) until further notice. This is to keep your exposure, as well as ours, to a minimum. WEARING MASKS When you are using the studio, please ensure that all members of your production wear masks whenever possible. Please bring your own mask. This includes talent when they are not in front of the camera. FURNITURE Please limit the furniture you use to the metal rolling tables and black metal chairs/stools in the studio area. DO NOT dismantle the lounge or personal desk area. SOUND Acoustic music at a reasonable volume is allowed in space with prior notification and approval. Playing music on speakers at a reasonable volume is allowed. Please respect our neighbors! SMELLS Space is not fully vented. Vaping/Smoking is not permitted. Harmful/toxic fumes/chemicals such as (but not limited to) spray paints are also not permitted. Fog machines using ONLY water-based materials are allowed. TRASH It is the responsibility of the renter to remove his/her own trash after event. (Trash cans in kitchenette area available for use during event.) NO FOOD/WET TRASH LEFT INSIDE THE BUILDING. For removal, take food/wet trash to trash cans located outside building by entrance. Recycling can be broken down and left in the blue trashcans located in the hallway. WATER AND KITCHEN As per the CDC’s reopening guidelines, kitchen amenities, including water cooler, refrigerator, and coffee pot, will be off limits to renters at this time. Please bring your own refreshments. We have included a list of our favorite local coffee shops and restaurants should you need to order food or make a coffee run. (broom located near lockers). Set AC/Heating unit as directed on units. Turn off all lights. - Light switch for Photo/Video Studio area near curtain divider wall. - Light switch for Kitchen area near front door.

Due to covid, we ask that only the furniture in the studio be used. The available furniture is pictured in the photos.
