A great space for photographers who need elements of a dedicated studio without the overhead. This space features a small-medium sized cyclorama wall that's great for portraits, headshots, and smaller product shoots. The cyclorama wall is a 16x16x16 cube, with a 10 foot leader space (26 feet from back edge to wall). A large roll up door is available to facilitate load-in/load-out of equipment. A small kitchenette is available for events lasting longer than four hours, including a refrigerator for storing drinks. Videographers: This space may not be for you, due to lighting conditions (skylight in the studio.)
All rentals include setup and teardown time. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. At no time should participants touch the wall or place weight upon the curved surfaces, which are not load bearing. Slip-on shoe covers will be made available, and their use is strongly encouraged. Models/subjects are requested to clean the bottoms of any shoes used during activities prior to use in the cyclorama. Events involving paint, glitter, and similar non-recoverable materials are not permitted. Studio rental is for the ground floor only. Photographers wishing to shoot from the top of the stairs, downward into the cyclorama must present a certificate of additional insurance. Drinks are not permitted on/near the cyclorama. If a photo shoot or activity involves or requires food or drink within the cyclorama, disclosure during booking and explicit approval is required by the host. Smoking is not permitted at any time. Minors must be accompanied by a parent, without exception. Non-service animals are not permitted. Rental is for the space only, and does not include the use of shown equipment.
The space was perfect for what we needed. It was much bigger than we thought and it couldn't have gone any better. Bill was an incredible host and would totally book again.
Another successful night. The class was grandly awesome and even though I had some people who didn’t come due to their personal life, it still was great. On time and over on time. Bill Nash you rock!
