SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE(S) A security deposit check/cash of $200 is required the day of the event. SITE DECORATION We want to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We recommend that rearranging or moving any furniture should be done only in presence of our staff , including artwork, lamps, antiques or seating. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be deducted from the deposit. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site.
We had an amazing experience renting this space. Everything was perfect. The person helping with the party made sure everything was perfect and that we went without. The space is a perfect size and everything worked out for everyone. Not one complaint at all. I will definitely be renting this space again for my baby shower! Thank you for making my sisters 30th party that much better!!!
Mark was out host for that day and he was very helpful. All we needed, he tried his best to get for us. The space was clean as well and we didnt need any decoration because of the wall colors and art work. The only problem was it was difficult looking for parking which is understandable because of the busy area. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely be using this space again. The venue worked out perfectly for my husbands surprise 30th. The host was very helpful I. Booking the venue and Mark was phenomenal on the day of the event. So helpful and everything they promised for the venue was available to us. Great location also
