Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. During my booking process, Galina and Ramon was very responsive and accommodating. I asked a million and one questions and they were both always so patient with getting me the answer. I had originally booked the speakeasy space in the basement for a surprise 30th birthday dinner but it was too small for the ideas I had in mind. An employee mentioned that they had another venue room so Galina allowed me to switch my booking to the Boutique event space which I greatly appreciated. They were really flexible with getting me what I needed to make my event special. There were quite a few hiccups the day of my event which made my booking experience frustrating, however, I spoke to Ramon about these issues and he was happy to troubleshoot these things with me, which left me feeling better about things. I will say to avoid future hiccups with this venue on event day, it will be helpful to go in a few hours earlier to make sure everything is in order and in good standing before prepping decorations and stuff for the event. Other than that, this venue was a great space for my event, the guest had fun, and it was easy to book with Galina and Ramon.
