SITE DECORATION
We want to make every event here a special and welcome experience. Therefore every effort will be made to allow Renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We recommend that rearranging or moving any furniture should be done only in presence of our staff , including artwork, lamps, antiques or seating. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood.
Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be deducted from the deposit. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

During my booking process, Galina and Ramon was very responsive and accommodating. I asked a million and one questions and they were both always so patient with getting me the answer. I had originally booked the speakeasy space in the basement for a surprise 30th birthday dinner but it was too small for the ideas I had in mind. An employee mentioned that they had another venue room so Galina allowed me to switch my booking to the Boutique event space which I greatly appreciated. They were really flexible with getting me what I needed to make my event special. There were quite a few hiccups the day of my event which made my booking experience frustrating, however, I spoke to Ramon about these issues and he was happy to troubleshoot these things with me, which left me feeling better about things. I will say to avoid future hiccups with this venue on event day, it will be helpful to go in a few hours earlier to make sure everything is in order and in good standing before prepping decorations and stuff for the event. Other than that, this venue was a great space for my event, the guest had fun, and it was easy to book with Galina and Ramon.
