Our house is located on a quiet street in Venice, east of Lincoln. The 500sq ft backhouse is modern and beachy surrounded by a well-landscaped California style yard Open either set of bi-fold doors and you will find an open , light and airy modern bungalow designed to be a clean, cozy entertaining space. The downstairs features stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, custom fixtures and a wet bathroom. The loft is accessible via custom ladder or the outdoor staircase leading up to a spacious balcony. Outside you will find a large covered deck, 2 additional decks with seating that are located off the main house, an outdoor dining area that can seat 8, enclosed outdooor shower, gas fire pit and a hammock.
