We are an industrial event venue specializing in creative, custom gatherings which are as unique as the people themselves: intimate out-of-the-box weddings, corporate off-site or team building meetings, pop-up markets, photo/filming shoots, workshops and music events. We are a home away from home: A space which feels bright & airy, and fosters imagination, inspiration and creativity. A space which can be rearranged to suit your needs to a make your time here the best it can possibly be. With 20ft high ceilings, and a huge glass garage door opening on to a bike-way through the city the space feels like it is in its own world with tons of natural light bouncing around the venue. The space is a 1700 ft sq with one main large room including a small kitchenette, as well as two additional rooms to the back. Furniture in the space is included with the rental and can be used by the client. A simple photographer kit also included if requested.
-No smoking. -No loud music. -Furniture can be moved within the space. Additional tables/chairs/linens are available to rent as needed. -Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. -Additional Liability Insurance Required for Events -Venue may require a Day Of Event Planner for Events over 40 people. -Alcohol not allowed unless provided through an approved caterer with appropriate licensing/security and insurance -No open flames allowed -The use of glitter, metallic confetti, straw, rice, birdseed, or hay is prohibited in both the indoor and outdoor event spaces -Anything left behind by CLIENT or CLIENT’s guests will be held on premises for twenty four (24) hours and then thrown away -Live animals, except for service animals, may be brought onto the premises with prior approval. -Clients and guests are restricted to the rental area and shall not enter or disturb or cause damage to property belonging to other tenants in the building, including outdoor areas. -No storage is provided for materials prior to Event. All decorations, props, equipment, rented materials, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the Event. -An adult chaperone is required for youth activities. A list of these chaperones must be submitted to Anahata Collaborative, LLC including their addresses and phone numbers before the event itself.
