Recently named one of the most beautiful coworking locations, the Mayflower Conference Room sits up to 10 people. The Mayflower Room is the perfect place to host your next important meeting. Impress your clients and guests with our modern furniture configurations, which are setup to suit your needs. Each of our conference rooms are equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $6/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. Catering can also be ordered for an additional fee. We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Did not have a pleasant experience. Even though I am from another city, I flew in a day early just to do a tour of the office and retrieve the keys per they are closed on the weekends which was my rental day. It seems there is a total miscommunication in many areas that go on and thusly causes concern. I was first told by the receptionist that they did not see my rental listed when I attempted to arrange the required tour to pick up the keys. He asked me for a copy for proof. I declined and advised him to check with his supervisor and not me. Then, once I arrived to tour the place, the security officer in the lobby told me the office did not even exist in the building. 🤷🏼♂️ After my being insistent, he finally made a call and realized THEY DO exist. 🤦🏽♂️ I was then allowed to go up and get the keys and do the tour. All went well with the tour and my seeing the space I rented. ON THE DAY OF MY RENTAL, the key and the key fob did not work!! I spent over an hour trying to get inside of the rented space. I recorded my incident and I then called security to help me. They also could not get in using my key OR their key! I recorded it also. Since the main office CARR whom you rent from is closed on the weekends, you have NO HELP!! 🤷🏼♂️ They have offered a refund which is minimally expected.

The room was nice with natural light and the amenities were great. The only downfall was that the walls are pretty thin and we received several complaints from the neighbor in the next office. It is a conference room and if you are looking for a place to have a collaborative and productive meeting, you may want to look somewhere else. Conferences involve conversations, and the people next door prefer quiet to total silence. Too bad, because the room is ideal, and the staff is great.
