The main space is open seating, where members are free to sit wherever they like. The large tables are ideal for meetings of a half dozen or working alone. The space's wifi is supported by a high speed and reliable fiber optic network. Members using the coworking space need to only plug in their computer or USB device to connect to the building’s networked printers, conference room scheduling system, etc. At night and weekends, the main space is often transformed into an event space. Events are important to forming/supporting community within the building industry. The 17’ ceilings heights and 180’ linear of storefront along 15th and Webster Streets create an environment that feels spacious, inviting and can easily accommodate gatherings of 200 people. In the background, three offices “float” in the main space with seating for 3-4 professionals. Given the nature of the work that uses large format drawings and sizeable reference materials, the space's offices allocate significantly more square feet per person than its coworking competitors.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. You are able to bring in outside food if you like. The space is a coworking space, and as such there are areas outside the designated events space. These other spaces are people's offices and desks, and by agreeing to these terms you agree that you will not disturb these other spaces or the belongings in them.
