Flat rate cleaning fee $125 applies. Peerspace fee (varies) applies. A REFUNDABLE damage deposit in the amount of $275 is required to be remitted prior to using the venue. Refundable damage deposits are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or in cash. Additionally, a valid credit card is required to provide proof of identity and to be held in the event of damages or time overages that exceed $275. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The venue is beautiful! It's just as nice in person as in the photos, maybe more so. Our event had 25 people and I actually felt like that was a good number for how we set up the space. The natural lighting and brick wall is so lovely, the wifi was strong enough for a 4k livestream, and the wooden table & bench they have is so aesthetic. The only thing I would say is to go over any possible extra fees carefully. They aren't explicitly noted so be sure to ask thorough questions and take notes!

This is a great venue to host an event. I had a book signing here and Jessica and Sarah were so helpful with the process of setting up an appointment to tour venue, answered all my questions, and were proactive with everything. I had absolutely no issues and my event was absolutely amazing. The venue is really nice and spacious. I was worried about parking but there was plenty on parking for my guest. I would definitely book with Chicago Aubergine again and I recommend this place for events.

Not sure if it's enough space to write my true experience! I'll start by saying look no further...this is your event space!! Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with, very responsive with any questions we had!! I could not have chosen a better space to host my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration. The size of the venue was perfect, it's pictured just as advertised and both bathrooms were nice! I will defiantly use this space again! Thanks, team for making this a day to remember!!

Jessica and the venue manager were amazing from start to finish! My company ran into an emergency and was looking for a space to host our annual holiday party. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. This space is totally amazing and is such a great spot for any private event! The on-site staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful experience. The staff is professional and exceptionally supportive. We worked with Veronica during our event (wedding celebration) All the guests complimented her kindness and professionalism. In fact our niece will end up reserving space for next year and requesting Veronica. The space was perfect and the parking is plentiful if you are driving. An 11 out of 10!!!!!
