Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $6/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. Everyone from start to finish made the process of booking a conference room very smooth. The actual room had a great view, even better with a sunny clear day. The location is very convenient for out of town attendees flying into DCA, as it is right across from the King St metro and 2 stops away. The amenities inside the conference room were all modern and worked well. Will not hesitate to book for our future meetings!
