All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Great artistic and creative space for anyone looking to host meetings, photoshoot or small gatherings for meditating sessions, etc. A lot of natural lighting for daytime meetings and photo shoots. Space is about 800 sq. feet with several displays of artwork on the walls complementing the wooden floors. Can fit 10-12 people comfortably. There are several eateries in walking distance as well as the Hudson Waterfront that is about a 3 minute walk. 7 minutes from Staten Island Ferry by bus or train.

General Rules

Due to building compliance, there is no smoking allowed. If you need to smoke, can access the communal terrace area. No pets are allowed. Sorry about that! Outside food and beverages (non-alcoholic only) are allowed. *Alcoholic beverages are allowed for small parties after 7pm* Please be considerate of the other neighbors if you choose to play music (Noise conscious)
