For meetings, we’ve got you covered with AV, enough free high bandwidth WiFi for all of your guests to surf and stream on their devices, and your choice of outside catering. When the meeting is over, step outside and enjoy the masterpiece that is the Emerald City: We are perfectly situated at the base of Queen Anne Hill adjacent to the Seattle Center and the iconic Space Needle. And just steps away are the Pike Place Market, the Seattle Opera and the Pacific Northwest Ballet. Space details: • Large conference space, 50" TV in back of the room and countertop • Built-in whiteboard wall for brainstorming (or doodling, we don't judge) • Setup includes tables and chairs with use of our drop-down projector screen. • Venue can also provide standard grey linens or linenless tables based on availability. Rental time-frame includes guest setup and tear down, please book the appropriate amount of time you require from start (load-in) to finish (load-out). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

COVID-19 compliance – The venue will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance and maintains a clean environment from sanitizing surfaces frequently to deploying a disinfectant fog between events. Event organizer is responsible for adhering to all COVID-19 restrictions while on-site. Masks are required at all times, no exceptions. The venue reserves the right to terminate an event for failure to follow the current applicable COVID-19 restrictions Sanitation and Safety Protocols: • Contactless Billing • Frequently Sanitized Surfaces • Team Member Comprehensive Safety Training • Masks Required and Physical Distancing Signage All cleaning policies can be found on our website https://www.staypineapple.com/health-safety-and-updated-travel-policies We use CDC approved chemicals to combat both bacteria and viruses as well as a disinfectant fog applied to the room between events. Additional PPE can be requested at the front desk for individual guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
