Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I just wanted to thank Andrea and Barbara at Peerspace for their assistance in gathering the information that allowed me to make the decision to have my event at this amazing venue. I would like to personally thank Reva Cloy Event Manager at the Maxwell/STAYPINAPPLE Hotel for making my Mother's 70th Birthday Party such a special and memorable event. Reva made this whole process so effortless and I appreciate how she worked with us on the cost and keeping it a beautiful event. From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable working with her and knew she had everything in control. It was great to be able to rely on Reva and her team during our time in the event room and not have to worry about anything. It was more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined. However I will say that the STAYPINEAPPLE bar staff seemed unprepared for our group to move upstairs as discussed when making our arrangements. The service was extremely slow and the bar staff lacked the hospitality and customer service skills one would expect at this venue. Without having to go into further detail I will just say it was a surprising disappointment after the excellent service we received during the actual event. Overall Reva's ability and willingness to go above and beyond to make our event a delightful success and the piano man's awesome show totally made up for our poor experience at the bar. Thank you so much. If we ever need to host another big event, we will be sure to contact you again.
The space was excellent, walls were great for the audio engineer and for hearing the speakers. Will definitely reserve for future events.
