The northern side of the house offers a dutch colonial elevation with metal roof and a patio covered in lush green wysteria. The property is 4 acres with a rugged outdoor fire pit and a pool. The pool and the area around it are available at additional cost and rules. The grounds offer a park like setting. The home has 5 different entries many options for photo shoots. Unlimited potential! The rate is for the 1st floor use and the grounds (see note about pool area above). Use of area on 2nd or 3rd floor can be negotiated.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
