About the Space
House was built as a Country Club in 1898 so boast a very large open 1st floor plan. First floor has 2 living rooms, large kitchen, dining room, entry foyer, 2 bathrooms and an office/mudroom which can be used as a coat/wardrobe. The south side of the home has a southern mansion elevation with tiered patios looking over a park like setting with great views. The northern side of the house offers a dutch colonial elevation with metal roof and a patio covered in lush green wysteria. The property is 4 acres with a rugged outdoor fire pit and a pool. The pool and the area around it are available at additional cost and rules. The grounds offer a park like setting. The home has 5 different entries many options for photo shoots. Unlimited potential! The rate is for the 1st floor use and the grounds (see note about pool area above). Use of area on 2nd or 3rd floor can be negotiated.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The house was amazing and just right for our Staff Christmas Party of 50 people. There was enough space, the house was decorated beautifully, and everyone loved it. Debbie, the owner, was so helpful and made our night great! Highly recommend.

What an AMAZING venue and host!! We had about 55 guests attend a baby shower last weekend and it was perfect from start to finish! Debbie was so gracious and a gem to work with in terms of planning and was such a huge help leading up to the event. All of our guests loved her house and it really was such a special time. Awesome historic location, don't hesitate to book!

Debbie and her family were amazing! So kind and accommodating. Her beautiful home exceeded my expectation for my son's 1st birthday party. Everyone was in awe of the home & had a great time! Forever grateful to have had beautiful memories thanks to Debbie and her family!

Debbie and Spencer's home was perfect for our wedding day. The entire experience was perfect. They let us see the home on several occasions just to smooth out the last minute plans. They also helped us coordinate with our caterer and other vendors during our planning. On the day of the wedding, Debbie, Spencer and their family were excrement helpful. My wife had access to the upstairs bedroom to prep for our day. At one point Spencer helped me with my tie. They were always there to help, yet not intrusive or "stalking" us during the entire process. They really are laid back, which helps you when you may be a little anxious planning your event. We're already looking forward to planning our 5 or 10 year anniversary party and having it there again. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, it was a beautiful celebration!

I booked the property for my daughters sweet 16 pool party. The owner was always responsive. Responded quickly to any and all of my questions. The pool and the house is beautiful and everyone guest loved it. My daughter, family and friends had an amazing time. We will definitely rent here again. And will recommend this property to everyone.
