This was such a great space for my photoshoot. The pictures in the listing were very accurate in regards to what the space looks like including view from the window. My experience with the team and staff was excellent throughout the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed before I booked the space. The team and staff at the physical location were awesome as well. Everyone was really friendly and helpful - including the parking lot attendants, building security, front desk staff in the lobby and on the floor where our space was located. Here are some suggestions that would make the experience a bit better: 1) More descriptive and precise information in regards to parking. We drove around the entire building twice before we found the parking lot right beneath the building. 2) Letting us know the exact check-in process and what to expect. When we checked in, the staff didn't know who we were until we mentioned Peerspace. So it did cause a little confusion and required some phone calls. 3) Our photographer did mention that the actual picture in the listing did not depict the actual lighting of the room. So we had to spend time adjusting the blinds and his lighting equipment in order to get the quality shots. But these are minor suggestions to improve the customer experience. Overall I truly enjoyed using this space and would book this space again.
