**We have temporarily suspended rentals until further notice due to COVID-19. Located steps from the 28th Street entrance of the High Line, and nearby the Javits Convention Center, the 2,000 sq. ft. space is home to a non-profit gallery featuring a range of contemporary artworks and is great for parties, meetings, workshops, and anything in between! Open and beautifully lit with two large arched windows and brand new track lighting, the front gallery space (39’7” x 24’1”) and back gallery space (28’4” x 10’9”) have 11’ceilings and hardwood throughout. A 7’x 18’ space immediately outside the gallery, used to exhibit experimental public art installations, can be used for check-ins or spill over space. On the 5th floor of a landmark building, the venue is handicap accessible with large elevators. Comfortably accommodating 75 standing, 50 audience style seating and 25 table seating. PLEASE NOTE: We have pre-determined art exhibitions scheduled each month. Therefore, we cannot accommodate requests that require blank wall space (i.e. art shows), as we cannot remove the art that is being exhibited.

This venue was simply perfect for our holiday party! The space features a beautiful collection of art and can accommodate a wide variety of events. The staff is also absolutely wonderful to work with — behind the scenes and onsite! We would definitely book here again.
