We are a family of artists living in a true and unique Williamsburg loft. Our studio is available for small film shoots, and still-life photo productions. Located in the Miller Grand Building was built in 1901, one of the largest ballroom buildings in New York City; originally hosted many concerts and wedding receptions. Converted into livable lofts in the 60's, our space, is located on the second floor in a corner south facing location with four arched windows (6ft tall). Our space is an L shape with the photo studio's footprint 15'x17' with 16ft ceilings caddy corner to our kitchen of 12'x17' with 7.5" ceilings. The kitchen contains full size appliances and a gas range. The entrance hallway presents a natural planted 2 ft fish tank. One bathroom 5'x5' is located next to the kitchen. In the back of the loft we have our private rooms 10'x10'. Our space comfortably accommodates a small set of 4-10 people. Studio grip, 10 C+ stands, light modifiers and surfaces available with rental. Large-scale Epson fine art prints can be made in the studio for an additional fee. The elevator of our building opens up to shared common roof-deck.
House rules are to respect the space. Please ask us if you would like to move any of our adornments, and no smoking inside (elevator rooftop is fine!).
