We are a family of artists living in a true and unique Williamsburg loft. Our studio is available for small film shoots, and still-life photo productions. Located in the Miller Grand Building was built in 1901, one of the largest ballroom buildings in New York City; originally hosted many concerts and wedding receptions. Converted into livable lofts in the 60's, our space, is located on the second floor in a corner south facing location with four arched windows (6ft tall). Our space is an L shape with the photo studio's footprint 15'x17' with 16ft ceilings caddy corner to our kitchen of 12'x17' with 7.5" ceilings. The kitchen contains full size appliances and a gas range. The entrance hallway presents a natural planted 2 ft fish tank. One bathroom 5'x5' is located next to the kitchen. In the back of the loft we have our private rooms 10'x10' that are not acessible unless agreed upon before the booking. Our space comfortably accommodates a small set of 4-10 people. Our studio's camera stand (9.5' Foba Asaba),10 C+ stands, and sand bags are available for use with the rental. Large-scale Epson fine art prints can be made in the studio for an additional fee. The elevator of our building opens up to shared common roof-deck.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
