About the Space

Our studio is available for small film shoots, and still-life photo productions. Located in the Miller Grand Building was built in 1901, one of the largest ballroom buildings in New York City. Converted into livable lofts in the 60's, our space, is located on the second floor in a corner south facing location with four arched windows (6ft tall). Our space is an L shape with the photo studio's footprint 17'x17' with 16ft ceilings, our kitchen of 13'x16' with 8' ceilings. One bathroom 5'x5' is located next to the kitchen. In the back of the loft we have our private rooms 10'x10' that are not accessible unless agreed upon before the booking. Our space comfortably accommodates a small set of 3-9 people. The elevator of our building opens up to shared common roof-deck.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
